We believe that choosing a career should be about more than interests, personality, and whether you’ll earn enough to pay back your student loans. In order to choose a career you’ll love, and one you’ll excel at, you need to consider your unique gifts and talents.
We provide you (and your parents) with concrete tools to help you better understand yourself and your abilities. This self-knowledge will help you make informed choices about your future.
And by the way, your parents really want to help you. That’s why we work with families, helping parents and teens become partners in choosing colleges, majors and careers. We do this by helping you develop a shared vocabulary and understanding about gifts, talents and personality.
For years we’ve been working with adult career changers who woke up in midlife wishing they’d made better choices. The question is always the same: “Where were you when I was 17?”
