Gift and Talent Testing comes in two flavors:
Family Coaching Package
Working with the entire family helps parents and teens become partners in choosing colleges, majors and careers by encouraging the development of a shared language and understanding about gifts, talents and personality.
The family coaching package includes:
- Gift and Talent Testing for the student, including all testing materials and interpretive CD
- Individualized Gift and Talent Testing interpretation with the student, by phone or in person
- Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® Step 2 for the student and two adults
- Customized personality interpretation for the entire family, including:
- Academic and career implications and recommendations
- Identification of relationship strengths and potential conflicts
- Strategies for more effective communication and decision-making
- Two books on career design and personality type
